Bird Spikes

The other bird control technique that can be used is bird spikes which are normally mounted on ledges, window sills, signboards and roofs. These spikes are made out of stainless steel or plastic and they are intended to stop birds landing or roosting on flat surfaces. Bird spikes are not harmful to birds, but they merely make it difficult to settle. They are particularly helpful in the locations where netting might not be a viable option, and provide a low-maintenance, long-lasting one.
